Lyrically, Vanir draws heavily from the past – weaving tales of war, fate, and the rise and fall of civilizations, centered around the concept of Wyrd: destiny shaped by actions. With the upcoming album Wyrd (out April 3rd, 2026 via Mighty Music), Vanir presents their sharpest and most refined material to date. Known for intense and commanding live performances, the band has appeared across Europe and at major festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Ragnarök Festival, and Basinfire Fest. RAVEN BANNER (SE) From the windswept plains of southern Sweden comes Raven Banner, a formidable force within melodic death metal. Formed in 2021 by longtime friends and veterans of earlier metal raids, the band delivers epic compositions fueled by ferocious melodies and powerful rhythms. THRONE OF ROACHES (SE) Throne of Roaches från Malmö levererar en brutal och modern tolkning av melodisk dödsmetall, där intensiva riff, mörka atmosfärer och teknisk precision möts i ett kompromisslöst sound. År 2024 befäste bandet sin position som ett av Sveriges starkaste liveband genom att vinna Emergenza Sverige. I början av 2025 släpptes debutalbumet Chrysalis, som togs emot mycket positivt av både fans och kritiker och uppmärksammades bland annat i Sweden Rock Magazine.
