Read more about the program at www.gas-festival.com. ::: In Motion is a concert series that brings together students from the bachelor's and master's programs in Improvisation Performance, Improvisation and World Music, and Improvisation – The Composing Musician. It offers a unique opportunity for musicians to explore a specific theme in depth, collaborate across disciplines, and develop their own artistic voices. In Motion is about finding freedom in change, embracing challenges, and growing as an artist. ::: Catherine Dagenais-Savard is a wendat and québécoise dancer and multidisciplinary artist. Since graduating from Montreal Contemporary Dance School in 2015, she has collaborated with choreographers Aïcha Bastien N’Diaye, Danièle Desnoyers, Ivanie Aubin-Malo, Mélanie Demers and Marie Chouinard. She has just taken on the role of co-director of Ahkwayaonhkeh, the very first Wendat artist-run centre located on Onyionhwentsïio’. The opening performance of Catherine Dagenais-Savard is made possible by collaboration with The Canadian Institute of Quebec. ::: Göteborg Art Sounds Festival is an international festival for experimental contemporary music and sound in Sweden. The 2026 edition of the festival revolves around the theme "Shifting Spaces". 22 - 27 September we move through various venues in Gothenburg and the West of Sweden, exploring different spaces and their contexts through concerts, workshops and talks.
