Öland Rots är en festival för extrem metal som hålls i en lada i byn Dyestad på Öland. Programmet är inriktat på brutal death metal, goregrind, noisecore och grindcore, genrer som få andra svenska festivaler bokar. Festivalen startades av Kalle Runesson i hans egen lada och har vuxit till ett trettiotal band med akter från flera länder. Den hålls vanligen i slutet av maj.

Om festivalen
The 4th volume of ÖLAND ROTS, Sweden's only festival of its kind. Brutal death metal, goregrind, noisecore and grindcore. No other Swedish festival dare to touch this music. Situated in the idyllic countryside of Öland. The contrast could not be sharper and the total experience as maximized as possible.
Dare to NOT be a poser! Its time to abandon the festivals that books the same lame bands over and over again, and the audience gets sillier by each year. Come experience true love to music and levee the clown suite at home. No one wants to see selfies of people cosplaying in spandex and studs again, not even once again in 2027. You cant fake brutality and the music speaks for it self, NO WIMPS!
